MEETING

Mission:  Increase the capabilities of individual nonprofits in the Columbus social sector through the use of volunteer professionals.

Provide strategic & operational services in the form of:

• Project staffing for time-bound objectives  (i.e. solutions)
• Consulting on processes, providing templates, initiating metrics programs, employee or board manuals
• Assistance in developing strategic plans
• Offering or promoting training programs
• Connecting nonprofits to resources
• Forming or connecting nonprofit networks

Volunteer professionals:

• Basic skills inventory
• Assemble project teams as needed, from pool of volunteers - based on availability, skills needed....
• ?Volunteer training on mission, on social service environments & governance, ... ?

Identifying Nonprofits

• Resources to connect services to nonprofits in need
